Scat
Hovercraft 1987
VIN # SC0015930787 This hover craft is made by Scat out of Miami Florida. Be ready for everybody at the lake to stare! This unique machine is a eye catcher. Everyone wants to try it! The Rotax engine runs good and the machine works properly. Rotax makes engines for Seadoo pwc. I have heard that some came with Kawasaki engines, but this one is a Rotax. You are literally flying when you operate this machine. It does have a little bit of a learning curve, but with effort comes reward and an experience unlike anything else. This machine flies over water, land and even ice! We have a different fuel tank that fits better that will be sold with the machine. The fuel tank in picture is a little too big. The skirt has some sun fade but overall useable and functions well. A few of the skirt pieces are near the end of its useful life. The hull appears very solid. Two of the blades are chipped and near the end of their useful life. The "Scat" graphics are not perfect, and have a few scratches on them. This machine was purchased from a local doctor. It appears to have very few hours on it. Drive belt is new.
