I purchased this Range Rover to get from Key West Florida to East Lansing Michigan. When I was leaving Key West I had a Mazda Miata, but I had too much stuff and a Seadoo to bring up. In Michigan I already had a Jeep and a Jaguar with my wife at MSU.

After purchasing it, I bought new shock for the front and a new steering stabilizer (the stabilizer had leaked its oil out). The replacement is a Rancho steering stabilizer kit. The shocks have not been installed.

In September I replaced the belts.

The engine runs good. It fires up quickly. I changed the oil in it to Mobile 1. It did not use or leak in the 1604 miles that I drove it in one sitting. Shifts like it should.

Overall it is in good shape and it is fun to drive. The paint does have sunburn and a few rust bubbles are starting, but could be fixed quickly. The rear window has the typical rust that is very common for this model. No rust on frame.

AC blows cold. Power moonroof, power window (drivers side works, passager's side motor works but window falls, rear windows do not do anything).

I would replace the exhaust system. I found one at www.atlanticbritish.com for $269.95.

The brakes need pads (the wear light is on faintly). The rotors look fine. Again   www.atlanticbritish.com has them for $100 for all four wheels.

No radio.

The speedo works but the odometer does not.

This is a enjoyable vehicle. I can see why so many people fall in love with this trucks.
